Bread Dipping Seasoning

A trio of 3 Distinctive and Delicious Flavors - Tuscany, Milano and Sicilian


Recipe Instructions:

For bread dipping:

Mix 3 tablespoons with one of your choice of seasoning with 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or adjust seasoning to oil ratio to your taste).  Let rest for 20-30 minutes for seasoning to infuse with oil


For salad dressing:

Mix 3 tablespoons with one of your choice of seasoning, 2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar.  Add to tight container with lid and shake well.



Many other uses:

Milano Bread Dipping Seasoning is a delicious, salt-free seasoning blend. Toss over shrimp and grill to enjoy a shrimp grilled pizza. This would work equally well with chicken. Use to make hearty tomato sauce for Baked Ziti. Sprinkle over cheese and tomatoes for an outstanding Caprese Salad. Stir into the marinade for boldly flavored roasted chicken thighs with grilled lemon. Whisk with oil and vinegar to make a dressing for a beautiful grilled chicken salad with eggplant and zucchini.

Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning is a classic bread dipping seasoning.  You'll love the flavors.  Mix 3 tablespoons with one of your choice of seasoning with 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or adjust seasoning to oil ratio to your taste).  Let rest for 20-30 minutes for seasoning to infuse with oil. 

This dressing can also be used as a quick, light marinade for chicken, fish or pork.


Sicilian Bread Dipping Seasoning is a classic addition to your favorite meat, cheese and pasta dish like Baked Ziti.

Also stir into dough, vinaigrettes, and marinades. Rub over cheese logs for holiday snacks, or toss over chicken, fish, or tofu and roast. Sprinkle over hummus. Serve as a topping for flatbread  with sauteed spinach and carmalized onions.
